Join us for our 247th Coffee and Jam session where you'll get your weekly dosage of inspiration and see what is happening in the Christchurch Startup and innovation ecosystem. 

 

Lend a Hand was established amidst the Canterbury earthquakes as a way of helping a  community in desperate need. Lend a Hand is now an annual charity project, has raised more than $100,000 and contributed 600 + hours of “peoplepower” to charities and our community.  This year Lend a Hand have decided to look at social enterprise as a more sustainable way of contributing. This year Lend a Hand have decided to look at social enterprise as a more sustainable way of contributing. The cohort have decided that whilst they are doing this they would still like to ‘lend a hand’ and  perhaps devote some of their time and resources to some local social enterprises.

As a management consultant and workplace coach, Kirsty specialises in human resource management and organisational development. Her background includes HR roles within technology businesses and professional service firms, where she has contributed to the development of people and cultures within settings of diversity, acclimation of agile methodologies and major changes. Her Consulting experience covers a broad range of industries and her passion is getting the best out of people to see businesses succeed.
