Kia ora! I’m Danni Ermilova Williams, an experienced personal and professional coach and a business consultant specialising in guiding individuals and leaders through transformative change. My expertise and passion lies at the intersection of humans, work, and change, where I help clients become intentional, set clear strategies forward, and take impactful action.
Why are you passionate about working with startup founders?
Great work comes from great workplaces. My passion and expertise around humans, work and change is all about creating great workplaces from the get-go. I've mentored and coached across my profession and beyond, including SMEs, NFPs, and government, through to large organisations. I see value in offering my knowledge and support to those propelled to take action on their purpose in the most meaningful ways.
What experience do you have working with startup founders?
I have a 17 year career working closely with individuals and business leaders to shape and navigate significant life and work changes, and to transition with power, clarity, and success. My deep expertise sits across HR including: employment relations, organisational structural design and workplace change, and future of work. My previous most recent roles before starting my own business, include Director in People and Organisation Consulting for PwC NZ, Board Director, HR Institute of NZ, and HR Manager at the Ministry of Health. My background as a leader, award-winning HR professional, business consultant, and ICC trained coach enables me to offer a unique blend of skills and insights. Whether it’s individual coaching or business consulting, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a deep commitment to helping people and organisations thrive through change.
