As Growth and Relationship Lead at academyEX and Founder of Legacy Gateway, Geraldo partners with entrepreneurs and organisations to design learning and growth strategies that integrate AI as a collaborative partner in driving innovation. His expertise spans strategic negotiation, mentoring, business advising, and educational technology, enabling ventures to scale through trust-based relationships and digital capability building.
Previously, Geraldo managed enterprise relationships at Te Pūkenga, led youth engagement initiatives with Youthline, and directed multicultural teams across sectors including tourism, retail, and education. His entrepreneurial project Flying Kiwis earned first prize at Startup Queenstown Lakes Weekend 2020 for fostering student-led innovation.
