Working in a start-up is all about energy and directing it towards the things that matter most at that specific point in time. Helping fostering and directing all that energy towards creating the right results required for that specific growth phase, is a challenge I gladly accept. Every single time.
What experience do you have working with startup founders?
I've been supporting and guiding both early stage start-ups, scale-ups and in-company start up teams in New Zealand and The Netherlands. Examples of these are early stage start-ups in gaming & education, tech scale-ups in manufacturing, and in-company start-up teams within a large Energy organisation. I guided them on strategy, product validation product delivery and building the right team with the right capabilities. I also ran a gaming start-up and am the owner of a business consultancy company.
