Lexi is a specialist in Product & Design having worked in the tech industry for 20+ years. Having recently returned from Meta in San Francisco she is looking to support home-grown startups to take on the world. She has experience helping new ventures to set strategy and find PMF using research and rapid prototyping to validate direction. Leadership, coaching, hiring and team development are also core skills.
Why are you passionate about working with startup founders?
I strongly believe that this country is home to some of the most innovative people in the world, it’s in our DNA and I would love the opportunity to contribute the experience that I have to help others be successful and put NZ on the map as THE place for innovation globally.
What experience do you have working with startup founders?
My main experience is through networking and supporting other founders to help crystallise ideas, shape their approach and build momentum. I have bootstrapped my own startup in online education and I have worked on 0>1 projects within orgs which comes with the experience of building products and teams from the ground up. I’m happy to support founders by using my network to provide extra guidance when needed too. Let’s do this!
