Why are you passionate about working with startup founders?
Start ups are fast paced, innovative and impact focused - the 3 things I enjoy about myself and others. In my experience, start up founders are the proverbial sponge, able to garner the expertise and experience from others whilst building their continued passion and creative momentum for their business. I experience personal growth when I mentor start up founders. I see this as an opportunity to share the journey and learn from each other.
What experience do you have working with startup founders?
I have started x2 successful businesses. I currently mentor via Business Mentors NZ and Auckland Chamber of Commerce. I have used coaching techniques throughout my career - I use human and professional skills to enquire and ask key questions to unlock barriers and seek opportunities. I am a strategic thinker, bringing diversity of experience, expertise and thought to expertly guide start up founders. I have a 10 year governance career.
