Saara currently looks after equity campaigns at PledgeMe (CrowdFunding Platform). She has acted in programme coordinator, programme manager, programme promoter, programme deliverer, and programme director roles for Kokiri since 2019 (Kaupapa Maori Accelerator). She worked at Waikato EDA in the late 90s and early 20s, where she ran the BYOB programme. Saara also served as the Programme Manager for Pakihi (Maori business startup programme funded by MBIE). She recently started her own company.

Tino Rangatiratanga - Self Determination - creating into being the solutions you most believe will solve your worlds most pressing problems - enabling people from all walks of life to experience this option and contribute to this landscape, change the rhetoric re Maori in the news from Ramraiding youth to Maori Entrepreneurs kicking goals and taking names - why - for my children, and their children and all the others like them.
