Satya is a former entrepreneur, now a mentor and investor. His strengths lie in out-of-the-box thinking and connecting the dots. He was trained as an engineer in India and the USA. He was a Chevening Gurukul Fellow at LSE, UK (1997-98) and has been an Edmund Hillary Fellow since 2020.
Why are you passionate about working with startup founders?
The entrepreneurship is among the toughest professions. To be successful, you need lots of luck combined with core values and determination. Mentoring startup entrepreneurs, for me, is a way of giving back to the society.
What experience do you have working with startup founders?
I have been mentoring my colleagues in various businesses that I have operated. Member of Hyderabad Angels, India, since 2017 and Enterprise Angels, NZ, since 2020. Through MoA, I have mentored Tasmanion and KiwiFibre.
