Talei possesses over 20 years of experience in managing sales and customer success. Throughout this period, Talei has been fortunate to have worked in some of Aotearoa's most successful start-ups, ranging from Vend to CIN7 to Serato. There is extensive experience, spanning from the initial stages to substantial exits. Throughout this period, Talei has gained valuable insights into both the shortcomings and successes in this field. Currently, Talei takes pleasure in contributing to early-stage SaaS start-ups in the capacity of a Fractional CCO at the Customer Collective.
Why are you passionate about working with startup founders?
I love working with people who are out to do the (almost) impossible. I especially enjoy helping others avoid all the pitfalls I went through in my learning journey. People development is also a passion of mine and I enjoy supporting people to accomplish milestones they never have before
