Zen has been involved with Venture backed startups in San Francisco / Silicon Valley since 2003. He has spent most of his early career in People Operations leadership, Growth Strategy, Recruitment, and in Hyper scale. He founded his own company in 2017 and has spent most of his time mentoring multiple startups on multiple fronts - from sales and product to people strategies.
Why are you passionate about working with startup founders?
I love sharing and being able to relate previous experiences from Silicon Valley to challenges we face here in NZ. I love the continued learning opportunity and exposure working with startup founders gives me.
