Join us for our 246th Coffee and Jam session where you'll get your weekly dosage of inspiration and see what is happening in the Christchurch Startup and innovation ecosystem.
Are you a landlord or property manager? Want to hear about exciting changes in your industries? Our first speaker, Eugene Yang, is the co-founder of Kitt, a digital property management tool for self-managing landlords and property investors. Their mission is to bring the property management industry into the digital age by creating a tailored property management solution, creating effective landlords and thus attracting brilliant tenants. Eugene became an entrepreneur to set out to make renting better for all including landlords, tenants and property managers.
And if you have ever been interested in app and games development, Margaret Pickering will be sharing her experience with us. In 2012, Margaret co-founded Stickmen Media, an app and video games development company, creating solutions for PC, mobile and console as well as for VR, AR, hardware integration and more. Stickmen was a finalist in the 2015 Champion Canterbury Awards and the New Zealand Innovation Awards. Also, in 2015, Margaret co-founded M-Tech Games, a start-up using the technical knowledge and expertise gained from Stickmen’s experience to create VR solutions for rehabilitation.
