Sarah MacDonald & Rebecca Moreno – Pampered Pooch
Sarah and Rebecca are cofounders of Pampered Pooch, a brand of Luxe Dog Grooming Products. Sarah’s background is in Product Development for the food and cosmetic industries, which she used in formulating a new dog shampoo after experiencing negative reactions to existing products. Rebecca’s background is in Sales and Marketing, including experience within the Pet Food industry.
Pampered Pooch now has a range of five grooming collections along with some functional care products. Sarah and Rebecca will be sharing their journey as a young start-up beginning their exporting journey.
Paul Lawson and Laurent Vienne – GearStore
Paul and Laurent are cofounders of GearStore, an online sales platform for sports apparel. Paul is an accountant by background and a natural strategic thinker who’s motivated to make a difference and deliver positive outcomes to organisations he works with. He has extensive experience in system development and deployment, accounting, and business strategy.
Laurent hails from France, and has over 15 years experience in E-Commerce Development and Digital Marketing. Most recently, he ran a Marketing Company in Dubai before moving to Christchurch with his wife Yuliya. Laurent combines his systems and design skills in a powerful way to develop e-commerce solutions.
