SPEAKER TWO: Astella Philpott. Change Management.

Astella talked shared with us her experience and some tips about change management. Change Management is all about understanding how change will affect people within an organisation. There are four different areas within change management that organisations can adopt. Strategic change, structural change, process change and people oriented change. Astella works in the areas of process and people oriented change and found that change stressed employees performed 5% worse than average. The goal is to find a way that an organisation can effectively embrace and adopt change that works for everyone.

Where can you start? By answering why you need change in the first place is a great starting point and working upwards from there.
