Ingrid heads up MYOB’s Clients and Partners team in New Zealand. She’s responsible for supporting the success of thousands of small business customers and their advisors right around the country. She’s passionate about helping SME owners deliver more productivity and profitability from MYOB’s range of market-leading cloud-accounting, payroll, payments and business management tools.
Ingrid came to MYOB from the telecommunications industry, most recently as Head of Change and Business Technology for Chorus where she managed the technology and business transformation programme following its demerger from Telecom (now Spark). Prior to that, she held various roles in Telecom’s enterprise division.
Ingrid was recognised as a Global Woman Breakthrough Leader in 2015 and holds an MBA from Henley Business School in the UK. She is a Global Telecoms Business Innovation Award Winner in 2014 and 2015 and was the inaugural winner of Computerworld New Zealand IT Manager of the Year in 2010. She also represented New Zealand in cricket as a White Fern and was captain of the Auckland Hearts.
Wil is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Vision & Strategy at EPIC Innovation. His work leading business development for large organizations in the UK and New Zealand gave him the appreciation of the value of empowered collaborative teams working closely with clients - as one team.
His work co-founding the Enterprise Precinct and Innovation Campus (EPIC) with Colin Andersen has now presented the opportunity to work with a vast array of global entrepreneurs, startups, SME’s, international corporations and Governments.
Michelle Panzer is the Incubator Manager of the University of Canterbury’s Centre for Entrepreneurship. The Centre is all about developing New Zealand’s next generation of entrepreneurs. Since a young age, Michelle showed an interest in entrepreneurship – she would sell handmade jewellery and potholders to their Bed & Breakfast guests and at local markets. This interest was cemented in her role as CEO of Entré while at University. Once she graduated, Michelle was the first alumni student to join the board of Entré as a Director to continue to grow the student-run organisation.
After a year living, traveling and volunteering overseas, Michelle returned to Christchurch as one of three on the team running a startup accelerator; Lightning Lab Christchurch. From here, she moved into her current role at the UC Centre for Entrepreneurship. Michelle is heavily involved with the Startupecosystem in Christchurch, a co-organiser of the Christchurch Startups meetup group, and also on the selection panel of GreenHouse – a dedicated space for technology companies. In addition, Michelle is a Trustee of the World Buskers Festival Trust.
