Liz has spent the last 20 years working with entrepreneurs and owner-managed SMEs in NZ and internationally, helping them set the strategy to take their businesses to the next phase of growth, and navigate the operational challenges along the way. Having run her own consulting practice in the UK prior to moving to New Zealand, her experience spans private and public sector, incubators, start-ups and established businesses across all sectors.

Wendy Schmidt
Senior Manager @ EY


Wendy is a Chartered Accountant who has spent her 20 year career in New Zealand and overseas, working in large accounting firms and banks.  She’s passionate about governance and serves on two not-for-profit boards. Prior to joining EY 6 months ago, Wendy managed a substantial portfolio of business clients within ASB Bank.  Her particular combination of skills from a practical and technical perspective position her well to offer a broad range of advice to SMEs.

Krissy Sadler-Bridge

Krissy is based in Christchurch and heads up MYOB’s New Zealand marketing team. She has more than 12 years’ experience developing and executing marketing campaigns across traditional and digital platforms and is passionate about communicating the benefits of new technologies that help businesses succeed. Prior to joining MYOB, Krissy held a number of senior marketing roles at Barclays Wealth and holds a Master of Business Management and Marketing from the University of Bath.
